First all disclaimers apply. This guitar is being sold as a might be a National. I have never seen one with this body shape. What do you think?

No relation to National whatsoever. I'm 99% sure it was built by Regal.

it does have a certain finish and binding look about it.
i get a kick out of those who say they know for certain and don't. more opinions please.

The auction ended at $600, which is way too much for that guitar. No, there's no way that it's a National. You were well to let it go.

Looks like the auction started *and* ended at $600 with zero bids. No wonder. Reminds me of some Kay models.
