i am getting a steel show together in dothan, alabama on oct.20/th (sunday afternoon) from 1 pm till. the elk's club address is....3047 ross clark circle....dothan al, (there is no admission charge and will have bbq plates for sale)....across the street from shoney's....we have a good linup of players,probably at least 10 steel guitar players plus we are going to have (if anybody remembers jacky ward) the ovation band will be there....thanks jack

just want to remind everybody about the show in dothan this sunday (oct 20th). we are going to have a great show,we are all a bunch of mostly local pickers, but if you like country music you will enjoy it.it is looking like a packed house as well as all the musicians there will be a lot of listeners....thanks jack

Thanks Jack. I know Dothan from way back in 1956 when I was in the Helicopter Pilot School at Fort Rucker. Back then, your invitation would have been a welcome reprieve from my training schedule at Fort Rucker.
