I have a Franklin pedal steel guitar built by Paul Franklin Sr. in the late 70s for Bobby Black. It was the 9th guitar that he made. It has 9 pedals and 7 K/N. I am asking $7000 or best offer.
My name is Neil Atkinson.

Guys this Franklin has 9 floors and 7 knee levers...
This is a nice young man He got a few derogatory e mails I told him those guys were probably jealous since the Franklin looks better than their MAVERICKS Or Carter Farter's, don't get mad at Neil because your playing junk:). I think a new Franklin is over 10 grand (maybe more) for a D-10 Neil had this one checked out by Tom Bradshaw Tom gave it a thumbs up said it was in great condition. I think there are going to be a lot of people who are going to be sorry for not grabbing this,If I win the lottery this week it will be sitting in my new home:)...
As Neil said a new Telecaster was ONLY 229.00 in 1953....It's a Franklin....I owned one and I know how good they are they sound ...like this

I told Neil to hold onto his price Franklins are built to last I played one for 24 years then got this bright idea I wanted a dbl neck guitar...big mistake..other than a minor pull adjustment I never touched my Franklin in the 24 years I played it,I once accidentally touched the compensators and took it to Mr Franklin He would not take one dime o fix it and I tried to pay him He quickly adjusted my mess up and basically told me a Franklin had a lifetime warranty,Of course I think there are exceptions but mine saw many many 5&6 set nights weeks in a row..still looked and played new. Neils guitar is worth it. Ten years from now probably will be worth 10 grand or more
