 Sad Story #12, I had a STANDEL Super Imperial amp with two JBL 15's, man I hated lugging it up and down from basement stairs to my music room, I was much younger and stronger back then, but it was the most incredible sounding amp sweet and pure. Some one talked me into plugging in an effect of some kind, which I most likely plugged in wrong and blew it up. The head could not be repaired so I just through it away.I still have both speakers and 1/2 of the cabinet, the top half.

I totally agree.. There are those on this forum that take sheer delight in bashing someones post or most times bashing anything..Amp, Steel, people.
If this were my forum I would not put up with it period
