Lots of new products happening over here in San Francisco - here is the brief rundown in order to keep this post from reading like a romance novel:
40W Mini Steel Guitar Amplifier
The power of a Pro Reverb, the Milkman EQ and reverb system, all in a combo that weighs 35 pounds and comes with either a 12" or 15" Telonics speaker stock.

I am also making a custom 85W version of my popular Sideman amplifier. The Super Sideman, as I call it has 2 channels. One is voiced for guitar and has the same EQ as the Milkman 20W amplifier, the other is the Milkman Pedal Steel EQ featured on all of my Milkman amps. Comes stock with the Telonics 15" speaker or I can do a 2x12 or any other combo you can think of.
I am also offering another custom option to my 50W Sideman model - channel 1 can now either be Tweed Style with a single knob EQ or have the Milkman guitar amp two knob EQ.
All amplifiers are hand wired using the highest possible components available today. Made in USA by a pedal steel player for pedal steel players
More details, sound clips, etc can all be found at www.milkmansound.com
thanks everyone! This has been a very exciting year for Milkman and I am really grateful to have found a home here on the steel guitar forum

Never heard one, but if an amp can be described as pretty, then The Milkman amps win, hands down. |

Oh, mine too. But that light-colored Tolex sure looks pretty. I've got a Dr. Z that color, maybe a little darker.
While we're talking about pretty amps, shouldn't a Christmas Tree be "Miss Congeniality?" |

Loving my Pedal Steel Mini...it is a big 40 watts...and the size of a Princeton...but with all the low end and even more high sparkle than my Sideman...amazing.
But I'm done now...Tim keeps coming up with stuff I want, but a Sideman and a Pedal Steel Mini really cover the bases....I miss the "Big Gun", the Pedal Steel Amp, but another Forum member now owns it and is on tour with it right now, so that is a good thing... _________________ https://www.lostsailorspdx.com

Your cabinets are works of art. Who builds and covers them with Tolex?

he's the best! Early Milkman amps were housed in Mojotone cabinets but they are too busy and can not handle the custom work that I often require. I use Mather full time now even though it costs me more. The cabinets are gorgeous! _________________ Milkmansound.com |
