The allen screw with the locknut on it that stops the pedal action has broken off on my guitar. Of course its broken flush with the hole thats its screwed into.Anybody have any ideas on how to remove the broken screw? Thanks Bob |

There is a tool called an Easy-Out that you can get at a tool shop or possibly an A-Z Rent-All type of place (but that is a small crew as I recall).
I'd call Sierra at 503-761-9632 and talk to Tom Baker for solutions.

The same thing happened to my Sierra and I went to Home Depot and bought a very small reverse drill bit. When you drill it into the broken screw it will unscrew it out. I replaced it with a regular type screw and it works fine now. I think that Sierra needs to re think how this part is done though. |
