Anna and I would love to be there but it is a long haul from Florida. We hope to see you all at Manny Escobar" home next forth of July. We will be coming up on a train maybe as I will not be able to bring my Steel on the train.I'm getting better I'm on a strick diet just Chicken, Turkey and Cod,red Salmon,Haddock and fresh veggies no milk no sugar no can foods as they are loaded with salt.I had another stent put in and that makes four and I have two blockages at 20% one at 30 % and one in the small artery that is off the one they put the stent in at 80% and they opened it twice and it closed back up and they claim it is not life threatening and if i blocks another one will take over.I have two more months to bring my heart up to where it is working more and if I do not do what the heart doctor says and get my heart working better he will have to put in a defibulater. He said my heart is very weak. So far Anna has kept me on this diet and I feel about 80% better and I work around the yard and go dancing at the Senior center and what a great band there.I have been doing what I'm suppose to be doing as I want to be around a few more years.I have playing the heck out of the Steel Guitar and Dobro.Have a great meeting and keep it Country.

We had Jim Rice, Jake Rice, Carl Mesrobian, (from Salem), Roger Trahan, Chuck Rodrigues, Manny Escobar, Peter Hart and Jo Vierra on vocals. Marcia Rodrigues conducted the meeting and we enjoyed a nice pot luck. Then we went round and round pickin` and grinnin` without realizing how fast the time flew by. I was late to the Sakonnet Bridge toll picketing. The only thing missing was local ambassador, Eddie Cunningham. |

My original concept of the meeting had Boh Cabral to be listed along with the steel players. My old and burned out brain forgot about him. Without Boh Roger would have had to pick his pedal steel a lot less. |
