Speedy West S-10, 3 pedals and 3 knee levers. It has E-9 setup. I have a case that was not made for this guitar but it is strong and will work for shipping. I also have an extra Marlen knee lever to go with this guitar, a 4th knee rod is already in place. LL lowers 4&8. RL raises 4&8. RR lowers #2. SOLD LOCAL

ower 48 only

These old Speedy West models were built by the late Leonard Stadler of Marlen Steel Guitars in Reidsville, NC

Other than the label, what's the difference between a Marlen and a Speedy West?

given the age and my prior knowledge of older Marlen guitars, I am assuming this guitar has a Pull/Release changer......

looks like a Marlen, smells like a Marlen........

Yes it is a Marlen. Speedy had an endorsement with Marlen and that was part of the deal that there was a "Speedy West" model....which is a Marlen with his name on it.
Yes that is a pull release...and what a beauty it is.
my very first steel looks a lot like it.

Mojo. About three-and-a-half gallons of AAA-grade mojo, from the looks of it. Cool

Yep it's a Marlen. Tag says it's a SW-10.
