Hi

I think it was made in the mid to late 1960''s by Matsumoku out of Japan and imported by Bruno. They're meant to be like Fender Deluxe/Stringmaster and I've heard they actually play and sound pretty durn good.

Cheaper than a $20,000..00 Frypan,but still way over priced.

1960s Japanese copy of a Stringmaster. I had one Exactly like it with a Guyatone logo. This company made lap steels, consoles, and electric guitars branded for Guyatone, Aria, Conqueror, Jedson, and probably others. Many models look the same but have different brand names.
