Hello Mike, FWIW, I friend here in Amarillo swore by the original 705's. Then put in a pair of Telonics 206's, the double bar one. He says it sounds like the 705 on steriods. Going to get a pair for my guitar pretty soon. I'm currently using the 705 RI.
BTW, nice guitars you have Smile .

Larry, that may have to be an option if I can't find them, but still the original 705's can't be matched.
