picked me up one of these today but the bakelite on the tuners are all bad. does anyone know what replacement tuners would work without and drilling. I want to keep it for my own.

If the machines are good, you can replace the buttons.... I've had great success with these:

Joseph, I believe that Elderly also has replacement buttons.
