One of my previous posts covered the basic use of the Toontrack EZKeys piano with Reaper. See details of that here:

I recently bought the Gospel midi package and took a few minutes to create a tune using some of the really sweet sounds and chord progressions provided in the gospel package. I started with a piano rhythm track, then added an EZDrummer track, added another track with EZkeys VST to get a lead piano track. Ported this to Zoom R24 where I added all the real instruments, then back to Reaper for mastering.

Here's the tune I recorded:

Hear It!

Rhythm track is here (so you can hear the piano parts more clearly):

The piano track and lead parts took all of 15 minutes to create. I did add two solo chords to the end of the EZKeys rhythm using the single chord midis provided in the package.

Ezkeys can be used in a number of ways to generate your own piano tracks:

1) Use the provided multi-measure patterns as is
2) Change the chords in the provided patterns
3) Change the chord boundaries in the provided patterns to suit your song
4) Add single chord hits, fills, intros, endings provided by EZKeys
5) Use the Reaper midi-editor to modify the EZKeys patterns
6) Import any midi file into EZKeys and use EZkeys to change the keys
7) Write any chord structure you want in EZKeys and have EZkeys impose it's riffs and style onto your custom chord structure
Cool Use multiple VST instances (tracks) of EZKeys to get overlays or add lead piano parts to the rhythm piano parts.

With a few hours of training you can have a great sounding custom piano track!
