It's been around the block a few times in the Central Valley. I had pretty much vowed never to have a D-10 and Session 400 EVER again, after several years of perfecting my jazz guitar rig as a one trip in/out task. However a call from a local Western Swing band for a steel gig got the ball rolling. Thank You to:
Danny Bates: Danny you continue to amaze me.
Larry Petree: Original owner, it seems you just can't escape this guitar. Thank you for your skill on the MCI, moving the E's to the left knees so I at least have a chance to make music with it. Also for the inspiration to be a better player.
Richard Vogt:Thank you for the logo sticker.

This is great old MCI!

Yes... That 1003 serial number makes it the third MCI that Bud Carter built. She's a beauty and it makes me happy to see it in the hands of a great guy, superb musician and pedal steel guitar enthusiast. BTW, because of this kind statement, you better steal all of Larry Petree's licks and teach them to me. Hahahahahaha !!!!

Even without the kind words I'll be happy to pass anything along Captain Dan! Larry is helping me so much-a great teacher and mentor. But hey, I stole plenty of stuff from you-and by the way I'm looking forward to the "Whitman" stuff with the cat-can!
