I need the Hz of the RKL of Strings 1 (G#) and 2 (E).
Anyone have that?

I'm assuming you are using some sort of tuner that is graduated in Hz? I don't use one, so I can't give you any numbers but.....try tuning the 1st string raise to G# unison with the 3rd string open. It would be the same reading in Hz as 3 open.

Ditto on the 2nd string raise to E....same reading as whatever you are using for the 4th string open.

Hope this helps. Sorry, I'm not hip to all the new tuners and various offsets.

I'm using the Peterson Strobe Flip.
That would put the G# @ 439.0 and the E @ 442.5 based on the Newman chart.
Thanks for suggesting it!

Well, it's just a suggestion for you to try. I tune those raises to be in tune with the open strings I stated above. I don't have any info about the Peterson tuners. I don't know if they're compensating some changes for cabinet drop etc., or how their various tunings methods work.

Es are around 330. 440 makes them As. When I get home to my guitar, I can give you the frequencies
