I have a friend who has the 2012.5 Biab (he is not a member here).
When he selects a key to make a chart like in the key of "C" It puts the key of "D" into the window at the first bar.
I have the same 2012.5 Biab and mine works correctly.
Anybody got any ideas of where to go and fix this?

Thanks
Larry

He may want to try a "Return to factory Settings", I think it is the F5 key.

Thanks Robert,
Is this the same as "return to factory settings " under Opt..
Will this effect any thing he has saved up to now such as charts, styles, etc.?

Same thing, and it's not supposed to affect any thing previously saved. He might also want to run the problem by tech support at PG music, they are really great to help with this sort of thing.

Try clickin on the key down arrow button again and select the same key as the chord in the first bar then when the window pops up and asks "ok to transpose worksheet" choose no, this will change the key to match the chord in the first bar. Now when you select a different key and the "ok to transpose worksheet" window pops up be sure to choose yes this time to make sure the correct chord of that key appears in the first bar. Smile
