Well that was a pleasurable experience/purchase.
On Wednesday PM I ordered a Bullet Bar online form Jim Burden. I then got an email from Jim confirming my PayPal payment had arrived. Later I got a call from Jim confirming what I had ordered and wanting to know if I had any questions. He said he would try to get to the shop to craft it that evening. The bar arrived Saturday at 9 AM.
.......... and in the package was a hand written note thanking me for my purchase.
Now that is customer service!
Oh ya, the bar looks great and plays as good as my "brand name" bars that cost twice as much.
Thanks Jim. http://www.bulletbars.com/

I've got two (actually I have one and my wife has the other). Jim winters here in Florida and comes to the Florida Steel Guitar Club jams and sells his bars. I've seen quite a few buy his bars or order custom size bars. |

Yep, he fulfills my oddball quests - 5" X 3/4" with double bullet ends, etc. |

Jim has made 5 bars for me.
He even has a bar he & I designed he calls by my name at the Florida Steel Guitar Club.
Several players have purchased this bar after trying it out.
I love everything about his bars and I don't use any of the top name bars I have anymore. _________________ Private one on one lessons available

Jim is a true craftsman who will custom build a bar to your specs at very reasonable cost. Good as they come....both the man and his product. |
