I've been learning for a little over a year now. I just recorded a simple, little piece that I came up with last night.

I can see now why steelers have trouble leaving it at just being a hobby. The sharper my ear gets, the more I want to keep tinkering with the arrangement. I'm very tempted to really immerse myself in the theory and to spend an inordinate amount of time working on my technique.

My ear tells me that I'm cutting it a beat short at the end.

I rerecorded it to add an extra beat to the end. My tempo isn't very consistent, so I may rerecord it again later.
