It's pretty easy to make with substitutions from the Forum Catalog.
  1. Order a Tommy White E9th set ($10.00)
  2. Substitute E .030 for the F# .026 (no charge)
  3. Substitute low E .056 for the D .034 (add $.50)

That would make the total cost $10.50, postage paid. If you want a tuning with a low B, I'm sure you can figure out another way to do it. The single strings are all listed at the bottom of the page.

Hi Chris,
I'm learning to play E-9th on a 10stringPSG.
How does changing these 2 string thicknesses make it a "sacred steel tuning"?
does it change the sound? Is the style any different?. I really like the sound of the gospel steel guitar! Thanks1
