KEEPING IT!!!
Selling my 1939 Martin 0-17H. Beautiful rich full sounding guitar. This guitar has no cracks and is all original except possibly the nut. I say this because it is a two piece nut and I believe original were one piece. It does have a number of surfaces scratches which are only cosmetic. It is set up original hawaiian, frets leveled to the fingerboard. Comes with a new snug fitting hardshell case. $1995 FREE shipping in con/USA Email me if you want more pics. Thanks Ed

Sorry, I'm not so good with woods. You don't list it as a kh so I'm assuming it's not koa. Mahogany maybe? Do you know what kind of wood it is?

According to Mike Longworth's "Martin Guitars, a History", this looks like a 1939 build. There were 25 made in 1939 and they retailed for $30. They were discontinued in 1946. A koa model would have been stamped with a K instead of an H.

I've only ever seen one of these and it was in Chicago Vintage. It was a great sounding guitar!!

That is a really good price for that guitar.
I saw one sell on Ebay a few years back for $5700.00.
I still have a printout of that somewhere.
I have a 1941 and mine is mahogony sides and back with a spruce top and sunburst finish on the top.
That guitar should make someone happy.
