I read a post few days ago, where an Emmons PP player said he used 2 nickels as a gauge for space between the strings and pickup. I was thinkin I used 2 or 3 quarters as a gauge on either my Sho-Bud Pro II or The Emmons Legrand II I owned at one time. Anyone know the approximate distance between string/pickup on a 93 Mullen Pre RP, Mullen pups, and also an 82 Sho-Bud Pro II, Sho-Bud pups?? Thanks

Terry

Mullen recommends the depth of a quarter.

Thanks Mike. In that case, my Mullen is a little wide, I can get almost 2 quarters under the strings.
