Some time ago, as a novice steel player, I thought I'd get deep deep into playing, and so I bought a little fixer-upper. A double-neck Sho-Bud Professional in need of a little work, particularly on the C6 neck. The E9 is playable, as far as I remember.

Turns out, I got discouraged and never did really keep up with playing steel at all, yet alone graduating to this 2 neck behemoth.

Now I'm trying to clear some space in my house and need to get it out of here. I don't know much about steels, so your specific questions or desires for more photos are welcome, and I'll try to answer best as I can.

I'm looking to get out of it what I paid for it, $900. Includes case. I don't know if that'll happen, so I'll just say, $900 OBO. I hope someone can make use of it, it deserves to be played.

I don't know the year, it's got Grover Heads, very nice wood, perhaps some jury-rigging of knee levers. It seems to be good bones, but needs a little TLC.

Help!

Sorry for the radio silence, folks. I've been super busy.

The guitar has sold, and I thank you all for your interest.

If you're ever in Portland on a Monday, stop on by the Laurelthirst:
