I know at one time someone was making cases for steels that had a separate case for the legs, rods and pedal bar to make carrying the steel a little lighter, I am interested in one to make mine a little more compact to carry in an RV and I was wondering if anyone could tell me who made them or if they are still making them. I thought of going to a Carter Starter or a lightweight S10 but have 2 steels now. Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks in advance...Jeff |

what kind of steel do you have, I have a set of the Danny Bentley cases like new that I don't use now .I had them made for my d-10 Mullen and also used them for my d-10 Carter. But I wound up just puttin wheels on my stock cases. I think I paid $225 for them when I had them made would probably take $150 for them. |

Wondering I'f anyone has flown with the fiber cases. I'm thinking hat with enough padding they would do well at 30,000 feet. _________________ Justice Pro Lite (4-5), Justice D-10 (8-5)x2 , Quilter Steelaire, Hilton Pedal, BJ's bar. |

Hatton cases are lighter than standard...
I like them... No point in getting extra heavy split cases. _________________ MSA 12 String E9th/B6th Universal.
