Looking for the "Curved" Sho~bud Head Stock

Hi I need at least 1 but two is fine too...of the old style Sho~bud Keyhead. This is the Head Stock with the curved extended piece like the one pictured below.

JFYI – That style was referred to by Sho-Bud as the ‘Gumby’ design.

I wish I had (3) of them!
