Hello Don, I read your story, and wanted to
mention that I have a peavey renoun with 2 12s, yes they are more shrilling to listen too, I had to use a Boss rv3 for my reverb on
it to get it to sound a little better, it is
a lead guitar amp not a steel amp, the channels are a little flat sounding, this is due to equalization band width on these amps,
and the fact that they are an analog amp. you will need a parametric equalizer to widen the pre-amp band width, and the boss rv, you can get by with this reverb unit only. but recomend the equalizer too. steveb. |
