I have decided to sell my 1992 Heritage H575 archtop guitar. As most probably know, Heritage was started by Gibson employees who did not want to relocate with the company to Memphis, and continued making guitars in the old Gibson plant in Kalamazoo, MI.

The H575 most closely resembles the Gibson ES-175, although with its carved maple top, I think it's actually closer to the Gibson L4CES. This is a fantastic jazz box. It has the era-appropriate Schaller pickups, which are warm and transparent. Rosewood fretboard. Top picture is probably the best in terms of actual color.

Dimensions: 24 3/4" scale; 2 3/4" depth; 16" lower bout. Very comfortable to play.

I recently replaced the tuners with new Grover 16:1 tuners. It's also been set up professionally, including a new bone nut. Frets have been dressed, crowned and polished and everything adjusted. Neck is straight. The guitar plays beautifully.

The guitar has light buckle rash on the back and a a few finish scratches, which you have to look closely to see. There is a light scratch on the very top of the headstock. The guitar is currently strung with Thomastik Jazz Swing 12 - 50 strings and comes with hard shelled case.

Price shipped to lower 48 states is $1,625. Pay-pal please add 3%. Part of a downsizing campaign, so trades probably not in the cards at present. Thanks for looking!
