Fessenden sd-10 problem

Ok .. Had a problem with my fessy and have no idea what's going on.

It's an SD-10 .. 3X5... The problem is .. I can't get my high E in tune.. When I tune my LKR (lowers the Es) then engage the LKL (raises the E) .. I knocks the open E way out of tune. Both of these levers move the C pedal (emmons set up) for some reason. No idea where to start. Bent rod? Ideas?
