The steel player is playing a Rick B6 in some kind of holder standing up. If you like them they have more than this one video.

Megan Lovell had that harness device custom made for her. It's a good idea, since the sound of the Rickenbacker B6 lap steel is hard to reproduce with other guitars, and it's nice to be able to stand while playing.
Thanks for sharing! I'm going to write to her and see if I can get further details on her setup. _________________ Brad’s Page of Steel

I wrote to Megan Lovell (currently on tour in Europe) and she responded thusly:

Hi Brad, thanks for emailing. I'm using a lap steel holder that I designed with a friend and he welded it together. Makes it really handy to be able to play and stand at the same time! It's relatively comfortable too...
I'm tuned to open G (Like a dobro)
I use a tube screamer pedal, a Mooer delay pedal, Ernie Ball volume pedal and I usually play through a Fender Vibrolux amp.
I hope this answers your questions! I'm happy to provide others if you have them... Thanks for thinking of me.
All my best,
Megan
