I just bought one of the new PetersonHD tuners. I horse traded my Older Strobo-Flip tuner
to my picking buddy and friend, Greg. He liked the tuner, but did not like the Peterson Mount.
I convinced him to make one like I had made for it when I got it.
As follows: Go to the local music store, pick up a mic stand-mic clip, the type that looks like
a potato chip bag clip. Unscrew the clip part from the mic stand mount part and retain the screw & nut.
Take the metal part off of the Peterson Mount, two small screws, and install the potato chip bag type
clip to the plastic part of the Peterson Mount. Adjust as required. Use two rubber band to strengthen
the clip pressure, mount your tuner and clip it to the leg of your steel. I think he said he paid about
$6 bucks for the mic clip on mount.
Lets call this Dickfer #387... Patend pending. Just kidding... Try it you'll like it.
Wonder if he would put up a picture of his new mount for us. Greg?
Greg takes some great pictures...
And the Wrangler pouch I sold him. Dickfer #388. Hahaha!
