I didn't know we were counting past push pulls we have owned. I've probably bought and sold 20 or more of them in the past forty years...

Realizing that all P/P's aren't owned by forum members, and some have been lost to fire, floods etc, we are still short about 4300 of the 4359 that were made. Shocked Shocked Very Happy

I acquired 5 PP's over a 35 year time period. The 1969 and 1977 guitars pictured below, were both purchased as "project" guitars and they turned out great.

1968 Black mica D 10 cut tail,

1969 Black mica D 10 cut tail, rebuilt into a new body in 2000

1975 Black lacquer D 10 cut tail

1977 Black mica original SD 10 with bolt on changer and wood neck

1982 Derby Red original SD 10

I have just one Emmons push/pull... my final and only pedal steel guitar.

She has 8 pedals and 5 knee levers and was born in late 1977 (s/n 2411 D). As you can see, she's a bit of a "frankenstein" with the black LeGrande pedals. But her tone and playability more than make up for her non-original pedals.

Here are a couple of photos made with a film camera. Excuse the blemishes on the photos (thanks to Walgreen's in-store photo processing).

Keep on pickin'!
Glenn
