I have his two set video. I enjoy it very much. Some time I just enjoy having him in the house and listen to him talk. I would not part with mine.

I hear ya Porter, Herb Remington has to be the sweetest man on this planet. His videos are a joy. Relaxed and packed with information. I hope he puts out a third video of Hawaiian tunes ! Please... let's not go fishin' for a secondary market in these sort of things - when we can buy them from the artists directly. It's called playing fair.

I have Herb's first video and will be getting the second one soon. I have found the video very informative and useful. Herb is a great guy and a wonderful player. If you buy the video from him, you are helping support his art and hard work. I can't think of anyone more deserving of our support.

What are Herb Remington's contact details? I would like to order the videos. I play a single 8 Fender deluxe tuned A6. I believe Herb is an A6 expert and am interested in ordering a video if it's for A6/ 8 string. Also CDs of his non-pedal playing if they are available. "Boot Heel Drag" has got to be an all time classic.
Hare mae,

Herb is a giant of the steel guitar. When he left the military after serving in WWII, he heard Bob Wills was auditioning steel players for his brother's band. This was in California(LA). Herb auditioned and Bob gave his brother HIS steel player and kept Herby! Chuck Lettes will play a tribute to Herby at Scotty's Convention, he will play Herb's tune "Sweetnin' " on Dick(ISGA HOF) McIntyre's 1935 Richenbacker Fry Pan. Chuck is also releasing his new CD(playing only lap steels!) then with this tune as the lead song!
