My new Stringmaster D8 26 '. First impressions.

I recently purchased a 1956 SM D8 c scale length. He immediately became my favorite. I have a Fender Deluxe 8 22.5 '1960. Clear, clean sound. But it is not comfortable to play standing, very light and not stable. There Fender Stringmaster D8 22'5 1957. Complex to set up the tool. Very strange sounding pickups. If the switches on the blend mix only the top pick-nasal, dull sound. If only the bottom-a very sharp metallic sound. Saves mix two pickups. Very demanding for good strings. strings very low in the neck. Still there is a Fender Dual Professional 1954. Until I realized that steel guitar. Sound a la Chris Scruggs I failed))
But here Stringmaster D8 26 'I immediately liked. The appearance of a new one. Very nice. Stability parameters legs. You play as a piano. Strings high above the neck-thumb does not knock on the fingerboard. No blend mix. But he did not need it. Tone control works great. Sound inspiring)) is very easy and comfortable to play. Easier to intone. Frets wider. My favorite band, from 9 to 19 frets. Great sustain.
Here is the link to my rehearsal. I play Stringmaster D8 26 '

Great tone. I enjoyed your video of "Chloe" also. Your 22.5" scale sounds terrific to me too. Sounds like we both have studied Gabby Pahinui's recording Very Happy
