To Albert and all the SUPER folks that put forth the large effort to produce this fantastic show, I send my thanks for your allowing me to be a part of it. It is an honor and a privilege.
Special shout-out to my buddies Bobby Bowman and Russ Hicks for letting me share a part of Saturday's opening slot.
The folks at GFI are so gracious to allow me to hang out with them so I can pester the great Mike Sigler. I feel like I provide Mike a valuable service - I remind him what "slow" is, because Mike Sigler DON'T KNOW SLOW! Mikey, you are a MONSTER player. Thanks so much, Bob and Jack!
George Goble once said that he felt like the whole world was a black tuxedo and he was a "pair of brown shoes". I can empathize... |

Mike, I had heard of you and heard you were a great player and you proved it with all of your songs but the one that made the most impact was "The Lords Prayer". Great work and much appreciated. Thank you...Joe Rouse |

Mike, I didn't get to go to Texas to hear you, but I just know that you did a top-rated job! I have a wonderful privilege of having you in our home for a jam every so often....and no doubt, you were the best player at the jams we have here in our house!! _________________ Jerry and Venda |

Mike,
You did a great job in Dallas, as you always do anytime you play. Great catching up with you. Always good to see you, my friend. By the way you are everything that a "brown pair of shoes" wishes it was!
