I have a used Beard MA-8 in cherry finish in excellent+ condition that I'd sell for $ 1600 or trade for the right acoustic lap 6 string like a Weissenborn or an acoustic square neck. It's in Oregon (so am I). Comes in a TKL case. Let me know if you're interested.

Thanks,

This is one heck of a deal. I have one and know what I paid for it. They are great guitars.

This guitar is cheap by at least $1000. $2600 is too cheap for this guitar. Pull this ad and relist it for $2750 at least! Unless it's a piece of junk buying it for $1600 would be an embarrassment and real close to taking advantage of someone else.

Thanks... and you're right about it being cheap. They are $3700 retail. I think they wholesale for about $1800. I bought if from a g-base guitar dealer used about four years ago. I figue it's depreciated a little. Right now it sits in a closet. So someone can get a good deal and enjoyment out of it. And I can pay my taxes. Win-win. It's in excellent plus condition.

I'll say. If I hadn't just laid out a ton of dough for a new MA6, I'd take it in a heartbeat. Somebody's gonna be one happy camper.

Sale is pending... if a man wants to travel 500 mile to look at a guitar he must be serious.

Thanks everyone.
