Chassis-only and Blues Junior transformers from an '80s blackface Princeton Reverb for $225? I wouldn't touch it.
Maybe if it had the original transformers, you might be able to break even, in terms of value, if you decided to sell it. My opinion. |

Well seriously, only an idiot would pay that much for a SF Princeton Reverb. BF would be a different story, but $750-$850 should be top dollar for a SF version, and...it had better be in really great shape to even bring that!
You'd probably invest a total of $750 or more easily to complete this thing in a decent manner, so you really wouldn't be saving anything. |
