Sunday, 2/24/13, Branson Community Center- 1 to 4 pm
Ozark Steel Guitar Association Jam. Sunny and warm day following an icy and snowy thursday that prompted cancelling of our annual mini show scheduled for saturday.
A very fun and enjoyable afternoon

How lucky are we to have a back up band like these guys ? Russ Burns on drums and vocals, Buddy Lewis, bass, P.A. System and vocals and super picker, Dino Strunk. Thanks so much guys, you are very much appreciated by all !

Jerry Hanley is well on the way to complete recovery from his stroke. His touch and tones are great, you can always tell his playing at the jams--great sound, Jerry !

Multi talented David Dean White

A great surprise to see Marty Neer show Up ! All the way over from Coffeyville, Ks.

Long time member and entertainer, Bob Carden

One of the Association's hardest working members, Leonard Robertson.

Newcomer, Lain Wendler.

Lain also is a fine guitarist and vocalist and I think I heard him doing some harmonica too !!

Sharon Robertson doing a fine vocal--it's always more fun when Sharon comes.

Danny O'Neal setting in for Russ and doing good vocals

Russ is also a fine vocalist, not unusual to hear some harmony come from him during the jams.

Miss Eva got talked into singing by someone --how'd you get that done--? more than I can do -- Confused

It was great to meet new member, Billy Webb from down in Arkansas. He said he'd come and jam in April.

Steve Melchi showed up with the newest member of his family, Harry. Looks like a "one man" dog in the making to me.

Whoa -- Sharon's baby setting -- what's going on --

Ohhhhh---Steve slipped off to take over Bob's Emmons for a while !

When in Branson, if you're hungry it's your own fault ! Thanks to Rose Mary and Charlie Steichen for bringing noodles !! They make everything happen in the Association and I am so darned proud of them !!!

It was good to see pics of Dino and Steve Melchi. Fact is, even the pics of those I don't know were good. Thanks.
