Is it to practice grips? What else? Do you tune the same intervals as a psg?

Since I thought most practice boards had full length, it could serve as right hand practice as well as (in quiet environments) bar hand practice and intonation.

When I'm going to be away from my guitar for very long like a vacation then I can use it to keep up on my scales and single string runs. I tune mine to C6th also to practice the same things when I can.Ron
