Thermal switch for Nashville 400

Hi folks. On the Nashville 400, I believe this is a thermal switch that attaches to an output transistor. Does anyone know where I can get one of these? It says L230 83/a or something like that.

Have you tried calling Peavey? How about a Peavey authorized repair station?
