I have received a PM and the return email for whetever reason will not let me reply accordingly???...The Guitar here is a PRE G2... Mike M. at Mullen and myself had some what of a long standing agreement and when I was ready to purchase the guitar, Mullen kept their word and built me the PRE G2. Most of their PRE G2 building had stop about "07" or "08" not sure about that...Thank you for reading.

Herb, what is the difference between the pre-Rp, RP,and
G2? What is the serial number of yours? I know where a
d-10 is that I'm told is a pre-G2. If I remember right
it has a G2 at end of serial number. Thanks for setting us straight

Wow...sorry T.A....wish I new all of that...I think what I will do here is remove the Pre G2 part and just state that the guitar has a G2 wide mount pick-up in it...Thank you.

Not sure what was said but this is a PRE-G2

The Pre-G2 had some Royal stuff and some G2. We were testing G2 features before it came out.

So what you will find in this guitar.
Royal Precision body and changer
G2 neck (includes wide mount pickup, and split tuning)
G2 Pickup.
Other tone secrets not to be revealed in the neck and body.

Other than all that it is a Royal Precision.

Pre-G2 serial #'s should start with an M and end with -dash PG2
