The Florida Steel Guitar Club's February 2013 Meeting/Jam will be Wednesday, February 13th, CR470, Lake Panasoffkee, Fl. (our regular Meeting/Jam place).

The FSGC Club holds monthly Meetings/Steel Guitar Jams the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
The Jam runs from 5:30 until 8:30...
Lake Panasoffkee is exit 321 on I75, approximately 60 miles west of Orlando and about the same distance north of Tampa.

Come early and support Catfish Johnny's Restaurant before the jam.

Hi Don Anna and I will not make this one but hopefully we will be there for either March or April Meeting and jam. WE do have two different buyers that want to buy our home so lets hope one of them is able to buy.

Bernie Kelley inducted me to the club and bestowed me with a t-shirt! I'll have to make at least one meeting this year and meet those that attend.

Once again I am going to try and make this one. I will bring my MSA along as it is now for sale since I have now purchased a new Rains. I've been trying to make one of these meetings for some time now, maybe this will be it!

Hi Don & Jack Anna and I will not be able to be at the February or march meeting or Jam as we will be moving to Sebring the 26 of March. We will be making the April Steel guitar Meeting and to get some of the Catfish Johnny/s food.I'm not much of a fish eater but I love Clams and Scollop,s and other foods.See you in March.I may not bring my Steel guitar until I see what I have to compete against. I'm not that good of a player but I keep getting better..

Sounds like we'll have another full house this month again.
Plenty of steels to hear.
I'm still not able to lift my steel because of my back surgery so it is staying home this month.
Looks like I'll have plenty to do keeping the jam running smothly anyway.

See you Wednesday.
Don

Jim Price just called and he will not be at the jam as he has Shingles. He said Bob Schelegel and possibly Max Stucky with not be there.

Unfortunately once again I will not make it. I sold my MSA, it shipped out yesterday and my new Rains won't be here until tomorrow. Plus I will be in a recording studio all night tonight laying down bass tracks for a friend's new CD he is recording. Hopefully next month I can bring the new Rains to the show!

Good jam last night. If anyone wanted to come but didn't you missed a "goodun".

Thanks to David Potter, fiddle, for working with the backup band.
