I know that some people who come to the Dallas show like to get out and see some local bands. If you are one of them I'll be playing @ Pearls Dancehall on Friday night with Landon Dodd. Landon is a really great traditional country singer. 9:00-1:30.
After the show on Sunday you will have plenty of time to ease down to Austin and catch Heybale @ The Continental Club. The band is Dallas Wayne (vocals guitar), Kevin Smith (bass), Tom Lewis (drums), Redd Volkaert, (guitar vocals), Earl Poole Ball (piano vocal) and myself on steel. 10:00 pm every Sunday.
I'll be visiting the show and playing bass with a couple people but not scheduled to play steel. See you at TSGA.
