This is something new for me. As I slowly discover my Stringmaster quad, I've noticed some issues when playing on the second neck. Apparently my wrist dips low, which is not a problem if I'm playing a single neck but on the stringmaster the height of second neck forces my wrist into a more horizontal position.
This not only causes some cramping in my wrist, but I feel like I have less control of the bar. Anyone else notice or have this problem. I've never noticed the problem with other multineck laps I've had. |

I make the back (toward me) higher than the front so that my wrists are not too flat... by several inches. I can really feel the difference without this. _________________ New FB Page: Lap Steel Licks And Stuff: https://www.facebook.com/groups/195394851800329 |

Great suggestions all. Tried Stephen's advice and it helped. I think it is also just something to get used to. |
