8-string Melbert Steel with 705 Lawrence pickup. This has some blemishes. Defects are cosmetic only. Top and bottom are Paulonia wood with red cedar sandwiched in the middle. Same one year warranty as all of our new lap steels. Includes TKL lifetime warranty gig bag, low noise professional cable, Paloma Stone Slide and set of picks. $295 firm plus $24 shipping to Lower 48. No international shipping on this item.

Received some questions, will answer here because others may have same questions. Yes, it is a lap steel not a pedal steel. String spacing at bridge is .375, at nut .318. Tuned C6 low to high ACEGACEG but if someone wants a different tuning, I can change the strings and file the nut for the gauges you specify. The blemishes are due to the wood not taking the stain evenly so it looks splotchy in some places mostly on the sides. Also the cedar in the center has some small voids in the wood. Structurally the instrument is excellent and sounds great, all parts new.
