He's asking $170 for the wiring harness... two pots and a cap. $45 for the jackplate, $60 for the nut, $80 for the tailpiece.

Yep, he took apart an EH-100 and put all the parts + case on separate EBay listings.
Then he called the stripped steel body a "restoration project."

This was my guitar, which I recently sold. It was complete and 100% original. Guess I could have been the one to part it out in an attempt to triple my money . . .

I notice the pickup is not among the parts listed. Perhaps he needed it for another parts guitar project. 
If I was the one dismantling it, I would've kept the tuners, nut, bridge, pickup and controls...
I had listed this guitar on the forum about six months ago. Quite a few people looked at it, but no one sent me a message, not even an offer. I still have the 'matching' Kalamazoo KEH amp.

Forgive me if I've told this before:
I once sold a Charlie Christian-equipped EH-150 on ebay. I was on a guitar forum and I discovered a post about a guy finding a Charlie Christian pickup for his guitar and I opened the post to see my own auction!  Once I discovered that this was his intention, I refused to sell it to him (he was the winning bidder).

No, I didn't include any bars in the deal. I tend to keep those, although I have no use for the Elton bars and already have more of the Stevens bars than I will ever need. I do have a strong affinity for the Roy Smeck bars however, and tend to pick those up when I can. The last one I saw on ebay ended up going for over $40, I didn't bid. As to picks, I rarely use them. I play left-handed, and lefty thumb picks are scarce... the finger picks are usually uncomfortable; the last pair that worked well for me I retired, after they left scratches on the surface of my Rickenbacher Frying Pan.
Once I sell an instrument it isn't mine any more, and I have to figure that the new owner can do whatever he/she wants with it. But I sold four guitars on ebay last month, and a few more privately, and I have to admit it irkes me to see them show back up on ebay (three so far this month) at double or triple the price I got for them. (And then they either use part or all of my description verbatim, or worse concoct out-and-out lies about the damn things! Grrr....)
