Kiddin' of course... LOL
Not that skilled yet with C6th tuning, I am practicing "I'm Gonna Get Drunk And Play Hank Williams", by Hank Williams Jr. and I'm having a hard time to make the phrase between 2:12 and 2:15 sound right.
Any suggestions? (the very first one I need: is it played on C6th?)

Thanks in advance. _________________ Gianni

Wow, thanks, I do appreciate!
You confirm me I have ended up finding it right on the E9th.
The problem now is another and its concerning the C6th tuning generally speaking...
Except for the 3 seconds line I was asking about above, I had found all the backup playing lines on the C6th.
They were playing great, I thought it was the right neck LOL
In the C6th "mood", what may help me tell when a song is played on C6th and when on E9th + D lever? _________________ Gianni

I could tell when it got to the last part that 7th sound lick cant be dont on the C6th neck well at least I cant. I can play the whole thing on the back neck right up to the last section. my back neck is tuned to E6th because I play for David Church and he does all the Hank Williams Sr stuff. I tuned my guitar to Don Helms tuning to be able to do a better job, and closer to the sound. plus I have my pickups to pull down to about 8500 ohms not yet the gibson winding but close. _________________ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvuH7H8BajODaL_wy3_HSJQ |
