I have an opportunity to purchase a Goodrich 120 Volume Pedal. Can these be rebuild if something is wrong with it? Thanks.

Yes. About all can happen is that the pot will go bad, and it will sooner or later, or the string that operates it could break.

Either of these things is replaceable and the repair methods are available from folks here on the forum.

Very good pedals that have been around for many years and one of the top choices for pedal steel.
