Looking for a pole screw for a Silvertone/Supro. Any idea where I'd find something like that?

If so, try here:

Look in the "Fastening and Sealing" then "Set Screws" categories.

Or any good hardware store.

Mark,

Thanks for the tip. However, I was hoping to find an original screw, which might more closely match the magnetic properties of the original.

I know I can get a set screw just about anywhere, but I just don't know about putting one screw into the pickup that has different magnetic properties than the other five.
