I haven't used this in a few years and don't need it anymore. It is a Stewart, active direct box that takes either an instrument or speaker signal and converts it to a balanced output for running direct into a PA system, or recording console. It runs off of a 9 volt battery, or phantom power if it is available. It has a few road bumps and a previous owners name engraved in it but worked fine the last time I used it.
The price was $45.00, now $35.00 shipping included in the lower 48.
