I just got the strangest e-mail concerning Reece Anderson and his company. The mail is headed: Steel Guitar Support. It involves the same old crap about Reece and frankly I am getting tired of people re-hashing old, old, old, business. If you people want to gripe, gripe elsewhere. Don't be e-mailing me about it. There Is nothing I can do about it.

Yep, I got it too. I guess they're taking our e-mail addresses from the forum. Interesting how they don't state who they are, I wonder if they're afraid of getting sued? |

I got the same one. I'll bet if we get a true computer whiz, we can find out from the message header where (who) this came from. I'm with Al here, I've never owned an MSA and don't have any axe to grind either way; however, I don't appreciate anonymous correspondences. If you've got the guts to spread it, have the guts to claim it. |

The email address is from a New Zealand ISP, that should give you a pretty good idea of who it is. As his email states, if you don't want to receive any more emails from him, 'simply reply with the word "Remove" in the subject line. You will not again be contacted' |

Got the same email, from a Jim Molberg. Makes a change from the usual spam, I guess. |

Me Too!!!
This forum has been a place for intelligent, and sometime not so intelligent indiduals to post information and responses since i've been a member and that's a lot longer than some, but hell, enough is enough.
To the sender: If you've got an axe to grind with Reece Anderson, MSA, or anyone else, why don't you put it into a personal or legal situation where it can be rationally dealt with.
If you think Reece, or MSA, faulted you then provide the proof in a court of law, and get on with it.
This is a dead horse and it won't walk. MSA will continue to make guitars in the current fashion and the company will make it on the product's capability or fall flat on its a$$.
Whoever you are, and from the posts not too many people give a big Rat's Butt, either take them to court, give it up, but give us a break and get a d*mned life!!!
You're actions are pretty cowardly, or you would have used a distinctive email address. Got it!!

I got it too and it would not seem like old news to you if YOU were the one who had lost more than $1000. Stop being so selfish. I think such "watch-dog" tactics are good for us.
One thing is for certain, fraud will be a very difficult thing to pull-off these days, when we have the Internet and E-mail to expose such things.
Make no mistake, if someone does me dirty on a deal and will not resolve it in private, then their story will be told in detail on this and other related Forums. I know I am not the only one with that philosophy...
It's not just "Buyer Beware" anymore--it's also "Seller Beware." |

Though I still stand behind what I said, I have deleted my original post. I have no desire to get caught in e-mail wars regarding MSA. This matter is out of control, and I wish to be taken off of anyone's e-mail list.
