Anybody using the line out on a Cube80XL experiencing low levels? The record/headphone line is good but the line out is very low.

The "line out" send level is directly related to the volume control on the amp.
"Adjust the output level using the [VOLUME] knobs for the JC CLEAN and LEAD channels and the SOLO function.
* The sound from AUX IN is not output from LINE OUT."

Thanks Kevin,
I know from the manual about the volume settings. The problem is on the JC clean setting with the volume between 12 and 1 o'clock the stage sound is fine but there is not enough signal going to the desk.
Maybe there is a fault in the amp.

Hi Allan, I still go the old fashioned way with a short Mic stand and use my SM57 Mic .... Guess sometimes I don't trust the man on the desk with the line out. At least with the Mic, I can occasionally tap it to be sure I'm on, plus that way has always been the way for good sound engineers Very Happy

Thanks Micky,
I think I'll do that. I have a SM57 and a Mic Clamp. Will try it at the next gig.
