Fingertips...how long until change them

Hi ,i´ve been using the same fingertips for years ...playing everyday ...what do you think ? How can y know when could be the time to put new ones ? Regards to everybody !

I'm still using the same fingerpicks I used 20/25 years ago. One is pretty worn though.
